Danger Mouse steps into the fray, he'd already done a few issues before this one, drawn by Arthur Ranson, who I found it hard to believe had done this, having seen spectacular realism in strips like Sapphire and Steel, but in a conversation with him not so long back, he said being given DM was a big surprise but he enjoyed drawing DM a lot. He was actually no stranger to humour as he also did 'Settle Down Now! with Ken Goodwin' and 'Potty Time'.
