1973 No.1 and 1981 No.4 (full issues)...

1973 is here and possibly the most popular period judging by the prices on eBay, this is almost certainly because it was the time of glam rock, and a lot of iconic stars appeared during this year, Bowie, Sweet, Slade, Bolan, Wizzard, Elton and even Gary Glitter so these issues are much sought after and not just by Look-in fans.  The Bowie cover on No.28 has become ludicrously priced since he died and it is a rarer issue anyway, luckily Dan has it :)

Anyway to business with 1973 - No.1 courtesy of Dan and thanks to him for help with No.5 from 1981...

1972 No.52 and 1981 No.3 (full issues)...

We have the 1972 Xmas issue - No.51 and to add to that we have the 10th anniversary issue of Look-in, that's No.3 from 1981, with an interesting little feature on what was in the first issue and what the stars of those features were doing 10 years later.  Now here we are less than three years until Look-in's 50th anniversary, very scary, but still glad to be here and keeping the flame of Look-in alive in some small way...

Thanks to John Robertson for pointing out that the link to the 72 annual on the checklist site still shows the strip only issue.  This has now been put right.

1972 Annual and 1981 No.1 (full issues)...

The last two 1972 issues are both missing their centre posters, I'm working on getting them via Dan, so in the meantime here is the Annual and to go with that, the very first issue from 1981, the Xmas issue dated 1980 but is in fact No.1 of 1981...by the way, when you go to the checklist site you will notice a new heading 'Chronology', this is an ongoing process, I wasn't going to publish until it was finished, but Weebly updates all new pages worked on, so you can look at this page from time to time and see how it's going...
