Coming Soon 2 - Space:1999...

Hi All,

Got a new issue in the post today, from 6/9/75. and although the issue is available to read, as it one of the issues from the old 'Look-in Archive' site, get it here - 75No37, one page that isn't available...until now...and the reason I wanted it badly...is the back page which has the exciting news of the Space:1999 strip starting in the next issue, with an amazing full page photo from the series.

So as part of my 'Coming Soon' series...ta,dah!!! Here it is. You can get a large scan by clicking the picture.

6th September 1975 - No.37

In Look-in next week...1

I said i'd do ocasional features on the blog, so here's something for you all to see.  I thought it would be great to see some of those teasers from issues of Look-in where there was a new strip starting in the next issue.  So i'm going to start with Dick Turpin,  which was one of my favourites and this is how they bigged him up for the next issue...

24th March 1979 - No.13

You can also click the picture to get a download of the page in a larger format.
I also used to get excited when there was a big feature about a series, as it usually meant that the series got a strip shortly after that, but if something I liked was confirmed, I couldn't wait to get my hands on that first installment!
