Bumper bundle time with 3...count em...three! full issues. from 1971 we have No.48, we also have No.5 from 1980 and...and!...our old mate Dan has come up trumps again with the full Follyfoot Special from 1973, so a big thanks to him.  I'm so grateful to receive this, as it's the first time I've ever seen it in it's entirety,  I never bought it back in the day, don't know why, I did really like Follyfoot.  I've tried to get it more recently but it always goes for silly money, such is it's rarity and the popularity of the series.  Anyway you can see it right here and now, enjoy...

The Whole Story - Logan's Run...Stories 1 & 2...

Here is the next 'Whole Story' series, Logan's Run, a series based on the successful 70's cult movie, in turn based on a very successful novel by William F. Nolan.  The story depicts an Earth of the future, where nuclear war has wiped out a lot of the population and people survive in pockets all over the place.  One of these civilisations is the 'City of Domes', so called because the people survive under dome like buildings to protect them from the outside.  Two of the inhabitants Logan-5 (Gregory Harrison) and Jessica-6 (Heather Menzies) have become disillusioned with life and the fact that no one is allowed to live beyond their 30th birthday.  They hear of a place called sanctuary and decide become 'runners' and try to find it, the 'police force' of the domes, the 'Sandmen' give chase, as Logan and Jessica move onward from city to city, with the help of their friend an android called Rem (Donald Moffat).  The strip was drawn for the complete duration by Arthur Ranson.  This is made from a set gleaned from the net, which isn't a brilliant set, but is readable and does have some good scans, wherever possible and needed I have replaced strips, to give the best possible set to read.
