Reboot...1983 No.2...

First one of 1983, and features one of the biggest stars of 83' on the the cover, none other than E.T., who was on just about everything that year.  A slightly different look with a new font on the cover and the logo now has a circle behind it.

'Star Fleet' starts in this issue and although stating it's a new picture strip, it is in fact the return of the 'It's Madness' strip, which had a short run previously and now returns for another one, prepare for Bucks Fizz in a picture strip pretty soon!

Reboot...1982 No.44...

The next one No.44 has a 'Star Fleet' cover, a program similar to what Gerry Anderson did, and would become compared to 'Terrahawks' which didn't in fact, come out until a year later.  I didn't like either of them to be honest but both would become Look-in strips.

This is mine and complete...

Look-in Kung Fu Pendant...

Just been on eBay looking for Look-in's, and spotted this ad that has an amazing picture of the Look-in 'Kung Fu Pendant' a much sought after free gift (issue included).  The starting price is £99.00, (not sure he'll get that for it, but I've seen a mint No.1 with gift go for £150), so if you have any Xmas money left over you could invest in this!  Don't forget to scan the issue for me!!

The pendant is a wonderful looking thing, and everyone wanted one at the time, Kung Fu being big at the time.  Lads I knew that never bought Look-in before of after, bought this issue.

Click the picture to be taken to the ad.

Reboot...1982 No.36...

New year, new issue.  Back to business...here's 1982 - No.36, mine and complete.  Coming soon, Worzel is due to end to be replaced by 'Into the Labyrinth', this is when it all went wrong for me, the only thing worth waiting around for was 'Robin of Sherwood', but I didn't stick with Look-in at the time.  This is when I stopped reading, I was 19 at the time so maybe I was overdue to stop reading comics!!  I just enjoyed reading Look-in and never saw my age as a good enough reason to stop.  I was a big 'Smash Hits' fan too, so this was what I went over to big time.

Talking of which, if you are a big Smash Hits fan, check this out...if you are, then you're probably aware of this site.

Onto the issue...
